While in Chihuahua I had Tacos El Pastor, which was really good. So the other night I made something with some ideas I got from that dish. The only real carry over is the size of the taco, the pineapple, and the parsley.

I made some pulled beef today. It's basically a bunch of meat, in a sauce, that cooks until the fibers in the meat fall apart.
